Resumo
This paper can be placed in a critical analysis perspective about the model and the professional designed from the educative reforms for the teachers, and bets on a necessary change which has as main reference the construct autonomy, meaning as the possibility to create and control the expert knowledge from a reflective attitude which allows, in addition to fill with contents a concrete curriculum, the configuration of a more intellectual and creative professional.
