PURPOSE OF THE PORTAL

The Research Portal of the Universidade da Coruña, managed by the University Library, brings together the scientific production of the institution with the aim of improving the visibility and transparency of research activity and offering tools for its analysis. It facilitates the exploration of the university structure, the location of experts in various disciplines, access to their publications and the consultation of bibliometric indicators at individual, collective and institutional level.

By accessing the Universidade da Coruña Research Portal, you accept the following conditions of use.

ACCESS

Access to the contents of this website will be in accordance with the policy established by the entity.

Identification is done through the RedIRIS Identity Service (SIR), where you must select the institution to which you belong and identify yourself with your institutional user account.

DATA PROTECTION

Los datos facilitados a la UDC por la persona interesada serán tratados con la finalidad específica para la que fueron solicitados, legitimándose dicho tratamiento en alguna de las bases previstas en el artículo 6 del RGPD. Todas las personas que entren en contacto con estos datos con la citada finalidad cumplirán con el deber de confidencialidad establecido en el artículo 5 de la LOPD.

The data provided to the University by the interested party will be processed for the specific purpose for which they were requested, such processing being legitimised on one of the bases set out in article 6 of the RGPD. All persons who come into contact with this data for the aforementioned purpose will comply with the duty of confidentiality established in article 5 of the LOPD.

The data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purpose, and will be kept in accordance with the terms and criteria established for each specific case in accordance with current legislation. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is prior consent from the person concerned or a legal basis for such transmission.

In any case, the data subject shall have the right to request from the controller, at any time, access to, rectification or erasure of his or her personal data and restriction of processing. He or she shall also have the right to object to such processing and, except in cases of public interest and/or exercise of official authority, to request the portability of his or her data.
