Resumo
In occupational therapy, the "closure of stages" is fundamental for personal transformation and growth. Each phase of life, challenge, and achievement marks a chapter in an individual's unique story. Supporting these closures as professionals allows us to observe progress and reflect on the importance of these moments in their journey towards a life with a full sense of occupational competence. These closures, such as the completion of an intervention or adaptation to significant changes, are rich with learning. By recognizing and valuing these milestones, therapists provide essential support, helping individuals process their experiences and prepare for new challenges, thereby enhancing their resilience and adaptability. This process benefits both the patients and therapists, fostering mutual growth and reflection.
