Resumen
The genetic and biological analogy as inspiration in graphic design processes and more specifically its use as a conceptual base in the generation of the architecture project encompasses processes that extend from metaphor to design techniques and graphic processes that use evolutionary algorithms and design. parametric. The use of these algorithms evolves, in genetic engineering and bioinformatics, parallel to advances in intelligence and artificial life. For the knowledge of the currentadvances of the processes based on genetics, its chronological development is presented in connection with its analogy in architecture. As architectural models based on these processes, the proposals Biocentrum by Peter Eisenman and The Winton Gallery by Zaha Hadid are analyzed, which are based on mathematics and algorithms, in which the process of ideation becomes the objective of the architectural project.
