Responsabilidad patrimonial del Estado por la prestación del servicio público de salud

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to carry out a critical study on the elements and conditions that must be met to declare the non-contractual responsibility of the State for the lack or deficient provision of the public health service. Once they have been analyzed and understood, it must be established how the damage caused to the victim could be repaired. The proposal constitutes an indisputably topical topic in Ibero-American Administrative Law, even more so because it will be carried out based on a comparative study between Ecuadorian, Spanish and Colombian Law.
