Abstract

The base of the study has been the Spanish legislation that gathers the conducive specifications to assuring the quality of the gasoline of automotion in the period understood between 1975 and 2010. The aim of this work has been to verify the modifications suffered by the levels allowed those parameters of the gasoline more directly related to problems of air pollution. Of the realized study there is deduced that the aims marked in the European Directives on quality of the fuels of automotion, emission and involution of the use of biofuels, which supposed a great change in the formulation and quality control of the gasoline of automotion, in Spain have been fulfilled.
