Resumo
The “demographic challenge” in Europe and in Spain is currently one of its most important challenges. Rural depopulation and the lack of cohesion between urban and rural territories demand urgent solutionsdue to the serious territorial crisis it entails. Among many other measures that must be adopted - which must start from an effective demographic revitalization - it is also necessary to undertake atrue policy of spatial planning. Analyzing the regulatory initiatives that have recently been adopted in Spain in this direction is the object of this presentation.
