Abstract
This article focuses on the research-teaching link as a fundamental element for improving the educational process of higher education. Two computer tools are presented, initially arising in the field of research and which, after a deep reflection, have been incorporated for the realization of teaching activities. The first experience we showed has been developed in the area of digital communications, while the second one is an application of graph theory. In this article we also show the main ideas of a project in development.
