Abstract

Galicia is an emerging territory with vast endogenous tourist potential, in particular in a number of municipalities located in the province of A Coruña. The main objective of this study is to identify the public relations models that Employment and Local Development Agencies (ELDA)currently apply, to the process of managing and publicizing local tourist proposals in the province of A Coruña. The results show the need for relevance of work based on public relations strategies, within the Symmetric Model Bidirectional, can improve communicative impact.
