Cambios en la factura de calefacción comunitaria. Influencia de los coeficientes en las nuevas cuotas

Abstract

The need to improve energy efficiency in buildings and encourage energy savings requires modifying the distribution criterion of the heating and D.H.W cost sharing in many pre-existing buildings. A special case is the buildings with vertical pipelines, for these buildings the recognized form of the rule for the cost sharing is to install “allocators” or “calorimeters" in each heater. In this work, a brief review of the percentages and coefficients adopted in other countries of the EU is carried out and its motivation is analyzed. A variant is proposed to calculate the correction factors based on these losses in the envelope. For a specific building, losses and correction factors are estimated from them. Finally, using a spreadsheet, we estimate individual consumptions and new quotas in various predictable situations. The main conclusion is that, in order to reach a balanced and acceptable quota for most of the community members, it is necessary to adjust percentages and coefficients through an individualized and detailed study of each building.
