Abstract
The purpose of this work is to analyse the C175 on part-time work, its current application and future holdings of this work modality. It is analysed, as stated in the Convention, the importance that this type of work has for the economy of the countries. And, the need ensure protection for part-time workers, in access to employment, working conditions and social security. It is developed from a comparative perspective, taking into account the sustainability and technological innovation that the ILO member countries are going through. To finally determine, indicating whether the Agreement helps or not in improving the working conditions of part-time workers
