Abstract

In a matter as complex and affected by motorized legislation as public procurement, it is fundamental to attend to the principle and fundamental right to good administration. The application of this principle will guarantee a public procurement of quality, sustainable, efficient, rigtheous and guarantee that promotes the common interest. Especially important is to ensure the execution of the contract the execution phase, therefore, a section will be devoted to study the prerogatives of the Administration and the figure of the person responsible for the contract
