Abstract
Based on the mexican indigenous reality, this essay raises an inquiry about the term of interculturality and its different meanings. In this scenario, interculturality could favor the gradual disappearance of indigenous cultures yet also stands for political action that denunciates injustice and claims for the rights of the natives communities.
