Resumen

The presence of a divergence between the real distribution of seats by electoral districts and the theoretical distribution in function of the population, it is known in the literature as Malapportionment. Its presence is a constant in the majority of the systems of democratic representation where the distribution of seats of a parliament bases in the distribution in function of the designated electoral districts. In this work we have analysed the different degrees of presence of Mal-apportionment in the different autonomic parliaments of the Kingdom of Spain and which would have to be the optimum distribution that minimised it.
