Resumen
The intraoperating care must include affective communication, not only verbal but also through touch and visual contact, of listening and answering to the needs of patients. As an objective, we expect to make evident the importance of the non verbal communication in nurse practice. For that reason, we carry out an observable study, descriptive, among the patients operated on in the OperatingTheaters of Emergency from the 15th of May to the 15th of August 2008.Through personal survey the importance that the patient grants to the not verbal communication and their satisfaction with the intraoperating care was analyzed. In accordance with the obtained results we can conclude that the skills of communication and of interpersonal relationship mean one of the basic bases of the practical nurse and a determining factor in the quality of the attention.
