Abstract

The patients with a brain vascular accident, and a parietal lobe affected, generally the right, and with neuropsychological alterations as the syndrome of heminegligenc (SH), they are a great problem for a physiotherapy treatment. We present three clinical cases of patients affected by SH, with different alterations. We analyse the influence of this syndrome in the recovery of the alteration movements in the affected patients, and we notice, if the alterations are not correctly identify, they make difficult the recovery. In this way, the SH should be taken into account the physiotherapy treatment, before grading an hemiplegic patient like indifference, haziness or clumsiness. The physiotherapy treatment should go towards to improve the sensitive and motor problems, the spatial perception alterations and the neuropsychological disorder.
