Resumo

There are numerous causes that can favor an increase of the intracompartimental pressure, being able to clasify in acute, caused by traumatismos or vascular injury and in chronicles, induced by the inadequate repeated exercise. The pain is parestizante, progressive and debilitating, getting even to take place a lack of circulation that causes an inflammation and as result, an increase of the presssure within fascia and get worse the process that can require a fasciotomía.
