Resumo

The University of A Coruña has carried out different projects from evaluation in the different calls from the different plans and programs, gathering evidences and information of all the sectors implied in the educative process. For it a series of questionnaires was elaborated that have been evolving and improving throughout the calls and programs. Before the insufficienciy, in these questionnaires, of information on the service of the PAS, we raised the possibility of our investigation. The general situation is to determine the indicators that allow to value the work of the PAS, conditions (personal, environmental...) in which this work evolves, as well as the final satisfaction of the own PAS and the one of the users of its work (professors and students), with the purpose of improving the quality of these functions and conditions, which will expert a remarkable repercussion in the good operation of the center in general and the degrees in individual.Model CIPP is followed, analyzing the referred variables to personal elements of the institution, in which we fitted our object of study: the PAS. The used sample, to make the study of our questionnaires, was chosen randomly, of the population of PAS, professors and students of the University of A Corunna. Three questionnaires were elaborated, to be been responsible for the PAS, teaching staff and pupils, respectively. These instruments have a similar structure for each one of the hearings to which they go directed, with the purpose of being able to obtain the same reflections and global analysis of the results. The questionnaires, trustworthy and are adapted to be applied like instrument to evaluate the quality of the PAS in the UDC, allowing to the Committees of Autoevaluación of the degrees or services of the university to gather evidences that help them to establish the strengths and weaknesses and to raise the opportune proposals of improvement. The dimensions and subdimensions of the variables of the model, although have experienced variations, are not significant of change, reason why we can affirm that the questionnaires are adapted to the model that previously we had designed.
