Resumen

The aim of this paper is to suggest a few answers to the central question of the learning of teaching and its implications into the improvement of the education processes. After a work of synthesis of the bibliography which mainly deals with this topic area, we have approached the own perspective that students teachers have about the factors which most influence their education as teachers-to-be.
