Resumen
This paper reviews the concept maps, understood as a technique used to obtain a visual representation of ideas from one person about a concept or set of related concepts is done. Reviews about teaching on human nutrition emphasizing high educational value and indicating which is included as learning object reiterated throughout compulsory education is also made. Considering both reviews, we have developed a methodology for analyzing concept maps proposed by groups of student teachers for teaching human nutrition in the 3rd cycle of Primary Education.
