Abstract

The web pages and social networks of televisions play a key role in interactive strategies and therefore in the relationship of different channels with their audience. Convergence has led to changes in the different elements involved in the media. From the journalists, who have expanded their responsibilities, to the viewers who happen to be called users since they can feel they participate. Not all televisions know how to see the new role of the audience so it is key to today to make available to users interactive tools that favor their participation, this will be one of the ways to maintain their fidelity to a medium.
