Abstract

The students‘ workload and autonomy demands have been negatively associated with burnout and positively with time management skills. Scientific literature presented evidences about the positive effects of time management skills on academic results and stress levels. Likewise, it is envisage that performance expectations act as stress mediators. In this study 200 students of Social and Legal Sciences (63 from France and 137 from Spain) were evaluated in terms of burnout, time management and performance expectations. The results confirm the statements made above.
