Abstract

The General Plan of 1967 was born with a clear vocation, to adapt the growth of the city to the new urban legislation that arises under the law of the soil of 1956 and to give a legal framework to the interventions of the state. In the document of Corrales, Molezún and Pagola it will have special relevance the role of the partial planning as model of growth of the city and will be planned architectural, urban planning and of infrastructure projects supported in the necessity of the change of Scale of capital of province to regional metropolis, being for it fundamental the introduction of the metropolitan vision and the densification of the consolidated city. In the Architectural field, the evolution of modernity from tradition will be a fundamental pillar for new professionals who seek greater experimentation rather than conserving a shared language.
